We stayed for three nights at this beachfront hotel for a quick getaway, and it exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view from the balcony. The pool area was inviting and perfect for a relaxing afternoon, while breakfast included a decent selection to start our day. The staff were very nice, with one standout member going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Plus, the valet parking was affordable and convenient.
I can recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with instant coffee and good options, as for instance, high value for money. The location was particularly good and perfect, you can visit Budds Beach by walking. Appreciated this low-budget hotel, and we would love to come back.

My stay was value for money. It was a wonderful place, had amazingly great and very cordial staff at reception desk. The location was marvellous and beautiful, not too far from Cavill Mall. A tram station was very close to the place The breakfast was very pleasant and particularly nice, the check in was smooth. Definitely, free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property.

During my brief stay at Sovereign On the Gold Coast, I appreciated its excellent location, just a short distance of 12 km from Nerang and 25 km from the main attractions of Gold Coast. The spacious heated pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation between my transit travels, providing a great atmosphere to unwind.
Despite this, I would consider it an overall pleasant experience.

The service of the female receptionist was rude and unfriendly. She makes my I'mpression of hotel bad due to her horrible attitude. Whereas the guy reception was much helpful.please ensure yr front desk be approachable

Spacious balcony with a great view of the river. Clean facilities with an air-conditioned gym that has refreshing towels available.
Noise issues from the room opposite to the Marriott due to air conditioning. A hot water shortage in the mornings was problematic. The suite, though spacious, showed signs of aging-particularly the sink needing a replacement. Limited breakfast options were disappointing, leading to crowded seating. Swimming pool temperature was a tad cold for comfort.

Overall it was surprisingly spacious in level 7. Its location was central, just next door to a miniature golf course...

Here's what worked, and what didn't
Beautifully styled unit offering a lovely view and a home-like feel. Super comfortable beds made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.
Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness was subpar, with dirty walls, scuffed areas, and a noticeably neglected bathroom, which heavily impacted the experience.
